Complaints & Returns
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be described fully and clearly within reasonable time submitted to CO2grow.com after the consumer has observed the defects.
Complaints about goods delivered must be submitted to CO2grow.com as soon as possible (within 14 days after the invoice date) with a clear complaint description.
Any returns must contain all parts delivered by CO2grow.com, this also includes sensors and cables, including the original package. Otherwise, we cannot determine the cause of the problem and therefore we will not be able to process your complaint correctly

The shipping costs for returning a product or for your own account.
If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, CO2grow.com will answer within 14 days an acknowledgement and an indication when the consumer will receive a more detailed answer.
If the delivery of an ordered product appears to be impossible, CO2grow.com shall strive to make available a replacement product. At least before the delivery it will be mentioned in a clear and understandable manner that a replacement product will be delivered. The right of withdrawal cannot be ruled out with regard to replacement products.
